Mijn Orkest
The smart and secure sheet music database for your orchestra
We know better than anyone how much work it can be to get all the sheet music to all the members. That's why we automated as much of it as possible and put it into one system: Mijn Orkest! Music committees can upload, edit and prepare music independently of each other. Members only need to log in and immediately see which music is played when, and which part is theirs.
Security comes first, but that doesn't mean everything has to be cumbersome. The newest and most secure login methods are available, such as passkeys. You can also use your existing login provider if it supports OAuth.
Every orchestra is a little different from the next. Decide which instruments are used in your orchestra, group those instruments into sections and assign the sections to an orchestra.
From getting a scanned archive into the library to collecting membership fees: we've listed all the features for you, along with screens from the application itself. Read more in everything Mijn Orkest does for you.
The fastest way to get started with Mijn Orkest for your orchestra is to get in touch with us via the contact page. Want to look around yourself first? At demo.mijnorkest.nl there's a full demo where you can try out most of the features yourself. Feel free to click on anything, nothing will break.
